For our operations with a customer in the automotive industry in Gothenburg, we at ISS Facility Services are looking for an engaged and positive Custodian who is passionate about service. About the role

As a Custodian, you will become a valuable part of our integrated service solution that contributes to creating a workplace where people thrive, are inspired, and perform. You will be responsible, together with your colleagues, for ensuring that our customer's offices and premises convey a holistic experience of a safe, welcoming, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and visitors.

You will work in various environments, and we highly value your personal and unpretentious engagement as well as your ability to solve suddenly arising situations.

This is a permanent full-time position with an initial probationary period of 6 months. The work is scheduled during daytime, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

• Patrolling the customer's premises and reporting deviations according to set guidelines and acting within your mandate.
• Receiving and handling service requests, changing light bulbs, handling minor repairs, assembling and setting up technical workstations.
• Answering phone calls and emails.
• Handling basic IT and AV support.
• Coordinating moves and managing furniture.
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail, internal mail, and mail distribution.
• Handling, sorting, and receiving/dispatching incoming and outgoing goods and packages.
• Assisting with packaging outgoing goods and packages as well as return flow management.
• Taxation through a franking machine.
• Inventory, ordering, and replenishing office supplies.

We are looking for someone with good social skills and a good overview, as well as good planning, which means you are often one step ahead. You find it easy to create and maintain good relationships. You work in a structured manner and have a solution-focused and positive approach to the challenges of the workday. We believe you have an open, friendly, and accommodating personality. You are an engaged employee who is happy to suggest improvements and share your enthusiasm and knowledge.

You have a high school education and experience working in a similar role. You are handy and have a basic understanding of property technology. You need to be proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written, and have good IT skills. You have a B driver's license.
